Adopt SUS304/2B and aluminum(excluding the motor)，designed by HACCP requirements, according to the international food safety and hygiene standards.

1）Frame of box is using SUS304 square pipe.
2）Convey belt are made of SUS304 chain and SUS304 wire mesh,adpots frequency control speed
3）The material of bearing block is SUS304.
4）size of room body：L 10m×W 4.8m×H 3.6m。Board is imported FROM
    Germany, double-side stainless steel plate，the thickness of polyurethane board: 120mm。
5）There are strongly wind wire mesh washing and blowing device in feed inlet.
6）air distribution device under wire mesh belt，examine path is paved 3mm pattern aluminum plate.
7）leak proof treatment is made of two sides of mesh belt。
8）The material of vibrating shaft,transimission shaft, chain wheel are made of SS 2CR13.
9）Electronic control: Standing type, the material of body is SUS304, electrical element, frequency drive are famous brand, 

     display of room temperature: double-temperature (input 1 set, output 1 set), we installed lighting system (waterproof type) on 36V voltage.
